January 2023 - Ray Palmer Passes the Scoutmaster Torch to Brad Boutilier
At the first meeting of Troop 497 on 5 January 2023 Ray Palmer passed the Scoutmaster torch to Brad Boutilier. Mr. Palmer became the Scoutmaster of Troop 497 on 18 November 1982 - more than 40 years ago!
