December 2015 - Senior Surprise, Camp Conewago

This had to be our warmest December camping trip on record - certainly not the winter camping we normally expect. The temperature only dipped to 31°F on Friday night. We were out in shirt sleeves and some shorts on Saturday and Sunday when the temperatures reached 68°F and the low 70s respectively. Saturday, the temperatures never dropped below 38°F. Despite the lack of snow, Santa visited our campfire anyway but the sweat was rolling down his face - he hadn't changed into his tropical outfit when he visited us!
